5. Who We Share Your Data With

We never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
Your club administrators can see your membership details and activity within their club. Your catch logs and photos are visible to other club members unless you choose otherwise.

Some of our service providers (such as Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
- EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses
- Adequacy decisions by the European Commission
- Data processing agreements with all third-party providers
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Active accounts: Data is retained while your account is active
- Deleted accounts: Personal data is anonymized. Catch logs and club records may be retained in anonymized form for club statistics and records
- Left a club: Your membership records are anonymized (shown as "Former Member") but club records are preserved

As a user in the EU/EEA, you have the following rights:
- Right of Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")

Junior members (under 16) can only be added to clubs when:
- A parent or guardian is an active member of the same club
- The junior account is linked to the parent's account
- Parental consent has been obtained
Parents/guardians can manage and delete their child's account at any time.
